An Anachronistic Antiquarian Book & Map Shop

Situated on a bustling brick-lined street, the design seamlessly mirrors its internal structure. The Antiquarian Bookshop transcends its commercial role, offering enriching experiences for visitors. Inspired by Le Corbusier’s Structural Systems, it adeptly addresses its facades and existing walls.
From ground to top level, each story offers a new perspective, encouraging exploration of suspended staircases. At the heart of the design, an atrium not only visually connects each floor but also facilitates circulation throughout the building.
The third floor features a large curtain wall and an open patio, completing the layout of every level with a direct connection to the outdoors.
